ARBES Technologies and VÚB Leasing – a digital front office for vehicle and asset finance 

Project brief and objectives: 

VÚB Leasing was looking for a modern front-office solution to unify the entire financing process and connect internal teams, branches, dealers and business partners. The goal was to create a single, flexible environment supporting financial and operating leasing, loans and instalment financing across multiple distribution channels.

Challenges and solution: 

LEA covers the entire process, from quotation and application preparation through calculations, approvals and documentation to contract signing and handover to core and back-office systems. Thanks to its high configurability, products, business rules, campaigns and workflows can be adapted without changes to the application core. LEA is also integrated with banking and leasing systems as well as specialised services for AML, approvals, vehicle valuation, ESG and electronic signing.

Results and benefits: 

LEA has been in production at VÚB Leasing since 2018 and has continuously evolved in line with the company’s needs – including digital signing, new banking and approval integrations, vehicle valuation and ESG functionality. As a result, VÚB Leasing has a secure and scalable digital front office that can continue to evolve over the long term without the need to replace the underlying platform.
