Thanks
to the easy, purposeful and fully automated flow of information and
documents, a company using ARBES
WorkFlow can significantly reduce administrative costs in
its approval and decision-making processes. ARBES WorkFlow is a tool
enabling process automation according to defined rules. Each task and
each document is always directed to a pre-designated location within
the company. No unnecessary delays occur when documents are transferred
between individual process participants and during task coordination.
Each process participant receives only those tasks for which he/she is
responsible at the given moment and receives those tasks at the right
time.
ARBES
WorkFlow also allows for checking and overseeing the
timely fulfillment of delegated tasks. Notification of potential failure
to meet deadlines can be automatically sent via e-mail either to the
respective employee or to his/her supervisor.
The progress of processes and their statuses can be monitored in the ARBES WorkFlow system in one location, using the overview of document statuses. It is possible in the overview to quickly ascertain the process step a given document is in or the user at which the document is waiting to be processed. A record of all activities carried out with the documents by individual employees is automatically created and it is possible to display the cumulative history of these activities. This allows for a simple and efficient check of the processes and activities of the respective users. This results in overall accuracy and increased efficiency of processes in progress. Individual users have access to information concerning processes set in compliance with their access rights – they thereby work with those processes that concern them – and the viewing of other tasks and processes is permitted or denied according to the company’s own methodology.
