ARBES has long been specializing in the development of information systems for investment management and trading on capital markets. The first version of the ARBES TOPAS system was introduced to the market as early as in 1995. In the area of investment fund management, ARBES TOPAS is supplemented by additional specialized systems – ARBES TA (Transfer Agency) for the distribution of share funds and ARBES NEMO – a solution for real estate investment fund management.

ARBES TOPAS provides for portfolio management, accounting, trading, portfolio performance evaluation and reporting.

The multi-module ARBES TOPAS information system is highly configurable, allowing for the creation of the ideal combination of various solutions according to the specific needs of the client.

• investment companies – managers of various types of funds
• security traders – handling client portfolio and fund management or trading on their own behalf

• custodians
• depositories

ARBES TOPAS supports a number of evaluation methods for portfolios of common types of securities, money market instruments and OTC derivatives. The system archives all uploaded exchange rates from the reputable REUTERS and Bloomberg agencies. Net asset value (NAV) calculation is based on automated evaluation and is then used as the basis for a series of subsequent operations (e.g. limit checks in the real time, portfolio performance comparison, etc.).

The solution contains a set of interfaces for trade import and export and communication with selected markets and banks, either directly or via S.W.I.F.T.

The package for brokerage companies also includes tools for active multiple portfolio management and the FIX interface for trading with other brokers.

ARBES TOPAS can be efficiently connected with the ARBES CRM system for active communication with clients and partners.
