ARBES TA Introduction

ARBES TA is a versatile and proven system that can be used as a complete solution for transfer agencies and investment companies. The system administers stock and share transactions as well as related investor portfolios for both retail and institutional investment firms.

ARBES TA processes all investor, register, fund and distributor activities in transfer agent companies. It provides transparent administration of share trading throughout all stages of the trading process. This includes a wide range of operations, such as subscription, transfer and redemption, and revenue-driven subscriptions of distributed shares. The system also provides automated interfaces with supported registers or other transfer agents, a hierarchical network for large distribution companies as well as support of individual agents with corresponding access rights.

ARBES TA automates all investment company agendas including its own register. It provides for primary issue and redemption of own fund shares with fund asset accounting, cash-flow between investment and trading accounts, fund share price calculation and register services (e.g. reconsolidation, freezing).

ARBES TA WEB is an ARBES TA option which enables the processing of thousands of investor instructions directly or via their distributor agent or agency. It provides for share record-keeping and shareholder account management, share price list and Free of Payment (FOP) instructions.
