ARBES Technologies Releases New ERP Version of the ARBES FEIS Solution

Among the main innovations in the 10.5 version of the ARBES FEIS business information system is the arrival of the Portal as well as the integration of the Leasing application 
The ARBES Portal is an internet/intranet portal which in the future will consist of three blocks: WebReports, WebApplications and Workflow. The first phase of the portal is the WebReports module which enables web access to the data managed in the ARBES FEIS information system or other systems. Based on the access rights and the rules set by the system administrator, data can be quickly and easily handled by regular users who prefer web access as a practical alternative to application and data integration within the company portal or to remote access. The same applies to employees who do not have the need or competency to work with data in the FEIS system but need a given report for other purposes. Working with reports in the web environment is significantly easier and more intuitive. Typical examples are accounting and financial reports for management and overviews concerning expenses, assets and purchase for other centers.
ARBES Leasing, which is designed for the management of financial products such as financial and operational leasing and consumer loans, has become part of the new ERP version of the ARBES FEIS solution. Although ARBES Leasing has always been very closely integrated with FEIS, it previously functioned as a separate application. This application has now become one of the ARBES FEIS system modules, which will guarantee perpetual compatibility and the availability of up-to-date versions for leasing clients within regular time periods. 

The creation of a new mode of working with the ARBES FEIS system is also of interest. In addition to regular access, it is now possible to set read only access. No operations that modify data are accessible in this mode – entries can only be viewed. This is useful, for example, for users who frequently need to view the details of individual documents in the system.       
  • The first version of the ARBES FEIS solution, designed primarily for larger companies, was launched in 1994 and today is being used by more than 120 clients, such as corporate, leasing and financial companies as well as medical institutions. Among the many satisfied customers are, for example, Mafra, CCS, GE Money Bank, Povodi Vltavy and Zdravotnicky holding Kralovehradeckeho kraje.      
  • ARBES FEIS offers comprehensive management of a client’s financial and accounting agenda with the possibility of modifying the system to internal working operations and labor distribution as well as rationalization with newly introduced procedures.   
  • The ARBES FEIS solution contains a set of interfaces for communication with electronic banking applications, the Czech Post and other external applications.
  • ARBES FEIS is fully compatible with the Oracle 10g and 11g databases.
