The CRM module extends the basic records of the business partners of the Accounting module and other agendas. Primarily, the individual contact persons are recorded here, contact groups can be formed, contacts with partners, persons and groups can be recorded, tasks can be entered and fulfilled and documents of various types recorded in other modules can be viewed.
The CRM module is inter-connected to other modules of the ARBES FEIS ERP system. This makes it possible, for example, to select specific contact persons for certain documents, to acquire new documents from input contact documents (e.g. invoices received) and, when printing or sending documents, to automatically create output contacts.
